Dated 1979, 20th Century Fox, thus from a US TV broadcast airing (and possibly the first US broadcast? I'm not sure when it premiered in the US). Photo also states "from the Premier I package." Photo is from a collection from the archives of a daily newspaper, all of which were from the 1970s and early 80s, and is in nice shape with some bowing (will flatten) and some corner bumping from storage.
