This was to promote the TV special "Lawyers and Their Movies" which first aired in July of 1983, and was hosted by Michael Douglas. Photo is from a collection from the archives of a daily newspaper, all of which were from the 1970s and early 80s, and is in nice shape with some bowing (will flatten) and some corner bumping from storage.
