This is for a copy of the game Cosmic Osmo for the Macintosh, released by Activision in 1990. This is the very scarce version with the hologram cover. Hologram cover is nice with no issues. Disc is clean and looks unused (if it was used, it was very carefully). Original generic clear case shows scuffing/light scratching and a little cloudiness. Very hard to find!
